In general, images taken by different cameras show different color reproduction even if these cameras are same model. To unify the color reproducibilities of cameras, various color calibration methods are proposed so far. In this report, we propose a color calibration method for images taken by different cameras based on nonlinear projection. Concretely, the output image is obtained by nonlinear projection of color components in an input image. In the proposed method, the projection coefficients are obtained by solving an optimization problem. By using various images, the validity of the proposed method is confirmed. |
