| 抄録 | （和） | 日本図書館協会が作成した「図書館における障害者差別解消のガイドライン」(2016)において，障害者向け資料の提供方法の一つとして，アクセシブルなデータベースの提供が述べられている．そこで本論では，公立図書館のWebページを対象とした，障害者向け資料に関する掲載状況を明らかにするための調査を行い，現状について考察する．公立図書館Webサイトにおいて「記載資料」カテゴリーの項目が一つでも掲載されている割合は32.5%である．また，「検索項目」カテゴリーの場合、18.2%である．つまり，65%以上の図書館Webページにおいて，障害者向け資料の有無すら判断できないことが分かる．文部科学省の調査(2016)によれば，公立図書館の障害者向け資料所蔵状況における「大活字本・拡大写本」項目（本論における「拡大図書」項目に相当）の所蔵率は82.2%である．しかし，本論における，特定の項目「拡大図書」が4つのカテゴリー何れかにおいてWebサイトへ掲載されている割合は11.1%で留まっていることが分かる．この傾向は，他の項目でも同様である．今後，Webサイトでの掲載率が今以上になり，障害者向け資料が図書館にあることを広く認知されるようになることを望む． |
| （英） | "The guideline for eliminating disability discrimination on libraries" was furnished by Japan Library Association in 2016. It was told that an accessible database should be supplied as one of the offering methods of library materials for the people with disabilities. Thus, in this work, we survey for clarifying of published situation about library materials for the people with disabilities on the web pages of public libraries, and discuss the current results. It is 32.5% that the ratio of the item of "published materials" category was published at least one on the websites of public libraries. And, it's 18.2% in the case of "search items" category. Namely, it was found from the result that anyone even could not judge the existence of library materials for the people with disabilities on more than 65% of the web pages of public libraries. According to the MEXT report(2016), it was 82.2% that the ratio of the item of "book printed by large-sized type and magnifiable manuscript" on the holding situations of library materials for the people with disabilities of public libraries. The item and "magnifiable book" in this work are the same. But, the result indicates that the published ratio of web pages is only 11.1%. The ratio is calculated if the item of "magnifiable book" in this work is published on one of four categories. This same trend applies to the other items. From now on, we hope that (1)the published ratio on the websites will increase, and (2)anyone become to know the existence of library materials for the people with disabilities in public libraries. | |
