Investigation on 1/f Fourier power spectrum and nature of the data

(in English) We describe a problem with periodicity~(frequency) analysis by
the discrete Fourier transform~(DFT).
The DFT is the primary tool to detect periodicities in experimental data and
has been used in a wide range of areas.
However, there are cases for the DFT to not correctly identify
periodicities that exist in the data, or, conversely,
that the DFT detects periodicities that do not exist.
We investigate this problem using data exhibiting $ 1/f $~power spectrum.
