Many social systems consist of many selfish players. Each player may not have the same senses of values. Therefore, there exist multiple populations, and two players who belong to different populations have different senses of values. Players' selfishnesses do not always achieve a socially desirable state, which is known as a social dilemma. In order to resolve the social dilemma, time changes in players' behaviors are modeled as replicator dynamics, and the government that offers subsidy to the players is proposed to control them. However, in previous studies, the target state is assumed to be an equilibrium point of replicator dynamics without the government if states of all populations cannot be observed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an allocation method of subsidy that realizes the target state even if it is not an equilibrium point of replicator dynamics without the government and show a condition that the target state can be realized. |
