| 抄録 | （和） | 患者中心の医療が目標とされる現代医療では，効果的な医療行為の遂行上，医療従事者と患者との間に十分な信頼関係の構築が必要とされる．患者が安心して治療行為を受けられるほどの信頼関係を醸成するには，患者との適切かつ円滑なコミュニケーションが不可欠である．そのためには，医療従事者が自身の専門分野の中で必要とされるコミュニケーション能力を十分に理解する必要があるであろう．本研究では，まず，数ある医療専門職の中でも作業療法に焦点を当て，作業療法士は，作業療法の性質上，患者の私的領域を侵害するような発話を余儀なくされることを示す．続いて，そのような侵害行為が，言語学の知見に基づくことで，緩和もしくは解消されることを示していく． |
| （英） | In patient-centric modern medical care, the development of a good-enough relationship between medical professions and patients is required for an effective medical treatment. To establish such relationship, it is essential to perform an appropriate and smooth communication between the two interlocutors and each medical profession must understand communicative abilities needed within his/her own areas. First, this study focuses on Occupational Therapy, among the medical professions, and makes it clear that in communicating with patients, occupational therapists are forced to step into their personal domains. Second, the present study shows, based on linguistic insights, that the threatening act mitigates or disappears. | |
