[Poster Presentation] Formulation of frequency characteristic of second-order nonlinear IIR filter

(in English) In this paper, formulation of a frequency characteristic of a second-order nonlinear IIR filter is presented. The second-order nonlinear IIR filter is a nonlinear digital filter used for reducing nonlinear distortions of electrodynamic loudspeaker systems. This filter is based on a nonlinear differential equation of a electrodynamic loudspeaker and its coefficients are determined by physical parameters of a electrodynamic loudspeaker. However, its frequency characteristics of this filter have not been formulated and it is difficult to fundamentally improve its ability for reducing nonlinear distortions. In this paper, the formulation of a frequency characteristics of the second-order nonlinear IIR filter is presented and some simulation results shows the validity of the formulated frequency characteristics.
