(in English) In this paper, we explain performance evaluations and quality evaluations of video delivery services using MPEG-DASH. We introduce a broadcasting and communication integrated platform which retransmits 8K broadcasting contents from a TV receiving set to mobile devices using MPEG-DASH, and refer to related topics. For the 8K retransmission platform, we report the characteristics of video streaming quality when 8K video is retransmitted by experiments using actual devices.
