The author has studied the possibility of new usage in the wireless power transfer. This paper shows a system that can receive two different voltages and powers with one receiving coil. This is a mechanism to change the receiving voltage and the receiving power by changing the geometric shape of the receiving coil in two ways while keeping the distance between the transmitting and receiving coils constant. The author studied ways to change only the coupling coefficient while maintaining the same self-inductance for both shapes. Based on the magnetic circuit theory, tried the prototype experiment by conceiving of two methods which make this possible. As a result, it has been proved the method of switching the two forms of the receiving coil in the folded state and in the unfolded state has the target magnetic characteristics and good power receiving performance. |
