(in English) As an electricity market in Japan becoming liberalized, the electricity price is expected to be reduced by competition among emerging power companies. However, consumers are not proactively engaged in switching a power retailer, thus the effect of electricity liberalization remains insufficient. In this paper, analysis on relation between power companies' supply capacity and consumers' benefit is conducted. In addition, consideration on bias of consumers' benefit is also provided.
