(in English) In this paper, to achieve high picture quality and bitrate reduction, we propose a video distribution method based on Just-Notable Difference (JND) and MPEG-Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH). Evaluation results show that the proposed method realizes high JND score and efficient bitrate reduction compared to the conventional DASH.
