In recent years, the demand for multipoint data delivery service in a network is rapidly increasing; for example, media transfer in live video streaming services, server status monitoring in data center network, and security log analysis. In this paper, we study the function and performance of OpenFlow software switch that can be used open source such as Lagopus and OVS, and describe applicability in multipoint data delivery service. In addition, we report on the application results of the large scale exhibition network as an actual application example. |
