hoton-number resolving superconducting nanowire single photon detectors have been proposed using parallel and series connected superconducting nanowire array.
We are studying a series array of parallel-series connected nanowire with parallel resistor for PNR-SNSPD operated at GHz region, Optical lumped-element kinetic inductance detector array using SNSPDs as inductors and also SNSPDs with single-flux quantum logic circuits as high-speed digital read-out.
In this presentation, recent results for these studies and possible applications will be discussed. |
