(in English) The time-delayed coupling can induce amplitude death in two identical Stuart-Landau oscillators. This report shows that the coupling strength for inducing amplitude death is minimized when the delay time is a quarter period of natural oscillation. The validity of this result is confirmed by considering the transient behavior of the oscillators.
