| (in English) | To develop nano-scale electronic devices, computer simulations in which quantum mechanical effects and detailed band structures are taken into account need to be used. In order to accurately reproduce the characteristics of three-dimensional transistors such as FinFET, thermal properties of nano-materials have to be considered. In this presentation, we will introduce our experimental and computational studies on nano-scale transistors. In addition, our recent research work on molecular gas sensors will be shown. | |
