Fault analysis methods such as Differential Fault Analysis (DFA) need ciphertexts which have specific timing faults and a specific number of faulty bytes. We will propose a specification method of faulty bytes in a cryptographic module using EM information leakage for the fault injection method which injects continuous sinusoidal EM waves via a power line in this study. |
