(in English) The origin of the predominant carrier polarity in the crystal phase of non-peripherally alkyl-substituted phthalocyanine and the selective crystal growth of the crystal polymorphism in the bar-coating process were studied. Investigating the relationship between the molecular packing structure and carrier mobility, the rotation angle of a dimer was the important factor to determine the predominant carrier polarity. The seed crystal preset on the substrate in the bar-coating process enabled to control the crystal polymorphism selectively.
