IMAGE SUPER-RESOLUTION IN LOW-LIGHT SCENE USING RGB/NIR SENSOR

(in English) We propose a method for multi-frame super-resolution (SR) of low-resolution (LR) color images taken in low-light scenes. In low-light scene, captured images are suffer from heavy noise and motion blur. They make it difficult to super-resolve LR images with high quality. To overcome this problem, we use RGB/NIR single senor that captures red, green, blue (RGB) and near-infrared (NIR) information. Because we use a NIR flash in capturing images, captured images are with high signal-to-noise ratio. Using multiple RGB/NIR raw images, we jointly perform deblurring denoising and SR. Experiments using real raw data demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.
