Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In Japan's electricity trading market, electricity deregulation including households was implemented in April 2016, the non-fossil value trading market began in May this year, and the baseload market, realtime supply-demand adjustment market and capacity market will be opened in the future to be scheduled. In this paper, we first constructed a regression model to analyze demand response (DR) such as power saving behaviors with the aim of conducting economic analysis of efficiency and environment concerning electricity deregulation. Next, using this regression model, we analyzed the panel data of each household electricity demand (30 minutes value) in Nakanojo Electric Power ‘General Household Electric Power Saving Behavior Survey' in Gunma prefecture. Then, it was tested that the regression analysis model of electricity demand and DR effect that temperature, DR, and sunshine hours are explanatory variables is statistically significant. In addition to extending this model, we analyzed the correlation between electric power supply and demand analysis, power trading spot price and economic DR effect at severe weather conditions once in 30 years and negotiated transaction by DR is statistically verified that it is headed towards the practical stage.
