High-speed wireless communication using a wideband in the millimeter wave is expected. In order to realize this, millimeter-wave amplifiers required wideband and flat characteristics. The nter-stage matching is important for board band characterization. Conventionally, using a transformer is common, but it expands the chip area. A π-type matching network constituted by parallel inductors and a series capacitor has a compact layout. This research focus the π-type matching network has the same structure as the LC ladder filter. We propose a method for wideband/flattening by distributing and arranging the poles like a filter, which is realized by ideal elements. |
