Implementation of quadrature-modulation Transmitter for Generating Bi-level EPWM Signal

(in English) We report a class D power amplifier designed for use at 500 MHz. The power amplifier is fabricated as an integrated circuit including switching circuit that employs two stacked n-channel HJ-FETs, and drivers for each HJ-FETs. As a result of evaluating the class D power amplifier using an envelope pulse-width modulation (EPWM) signal at 500 MHz, the amplifier achieves EVM of -29.2 dB.
