(in English) Recent years, The high-frequency and the low-jitter clock generation is required due to speeding up of the communication equipment. In this paper we have studied a technique to reduce phase noise. We designed the 128-multiplication PLL circuit with high-frequency injections on a 0.18m CMOS technology. The injection pulse are injected to the oscillator for every four cycles of oscillation. We measured the jitter performance of the injection-locked PLL varying the injection timing, and compared the PLL bandwidth of the injection-locked PLL with the conventional PLL.
