Analysis and design of Class Φ driver circuit without resonance circuit

(in English) E級ドライバは, 高周波数下においても高い電力変換効率を達成できるドライバとして多くの機器への応用が期待されている.
E級ドライバはスイッチが切り替わる瞬間にスイッチにかかる電圧およびスイッチにかかる電圧の傾きも零(ZVS/ZDS)というE級スイッチング条件を満たすことにより高周波数下における高い電力変換効率を実現する.
さらにE級回路の共振フィルタを省略しスイッチ電圧をそのまま主回路の駆動信号とし, それにより主回路側にあわせて駆動回路側の時比率を容易に設計できる回路が提案された.しかし, E級回路ではスイッチにかかる最大電圧が高くなる課題がある.
本研究では, $Phi$級回路を用いたSiC MOSFET用の駆動回路の提案および設計と実装を行う.
$Phi$級回路は, スイッチと並列に高調波共振回路を付加することによってスイッチに流れ込む電流に高調波成分を注入することでスイッチにかかる最大電圧を抑制することができる回路である. そのため, E級ドライバで問題であったコストの面を解決できる回路として期待されている.
本研究では$Phi$級回路に基づく駆動回路を提案し, 解析および回路実験波形により提案回路の有効性を示す.
