[Short Paper] Analysis of regional lymph node in rectal cancer with 3-phase abdominal contrast CT image

(in English) The number of fatal cases of colorectal cancer patients in Japan is increasing year by year. For colorectal cancer staging, the most important factor in patients without distant metastasis is lymph node metastasis. In this study, regional lymph nodes and other lymph nodes were extracted from abdominal contrast CT images of 3 time phase (arterial phase, portal phase, equilibrium phase) in rectal cancer cases, comparison of CT values between 3 time phases To quantify the characteristics of the lymph nodes and to classify the lymph nodes to which the cancer has spread. Using rectal cancer cases, lymph nodes near the superior mesenteric artery and the inferior mesenteric artery are extracted and analyzed.
