[Keynote Address] Attractiveness Computing based on Artificial Intelligence and Its Business Applications

(in English) "Making my presentation more impressive," "Creating image/video content that can resonate well with consumers," "Attracting more people and get more likes in SNSs" etc., are the scope of our research on attractiveness computing. They are really difficult problems and usually solved only by those who are talented with a lot of experiences. We are interested in analyzing why and how we are attracted to specific persons, content, and services. In other words, we have been trying to (1) quantify or predict, (2) explain the reasons of, and (3) improve or even enhance the attractiveness by using machine learning technologies. Through this research, we would like to facilitate ordinary people like myself to reproduce such “attractiveness.” In this paper, we would like to introduce some of our research activities that are soon applied to business services.
