| (in English) | As all citizens are involved dynamically, childcare professionals play a central role in child rearing. In recent years the nursery teacher 's effective job offering ratio has remained high and shortage of nursery teacher. Young people who obtained a license do not become nursing teachers despite the fact that nursery teachers are well trained. Furthermore, the existence of halfway retirees due to various reasons is the fundamental cause. We think that it is caused by intense work and low salary. Also, I think that the career path of nursery teachers is not well developed. In response to these issues, we have come up with the idea of a nursery school work collaboration system that forms a childcare career path by scenario planning. In addition, we developed a prototype system with kintone as an information system to support nursery work for the efficiency of nursery work. In the future, we will proceed with empirical research toward the realization of efficiency of childcare work and career path creation through verification of prototype. | |
