(in English) NEDO, National Research and Development Agency, has experienced many national Research & Development projects including hardware development projects (energy conservation, new energy, new semiconductor development, etc.), and accumulated the project-management-knowhow concerning the projects. Recently, more and more AI projects (software projects) have been increased. In this paper, a project management on Artificial Intelligence Projects is discussed mainly through the interviews of AI researchers.
