Toward Automatic Generation of Meeting Minutes by Visualization of Voice Information

(in English) Today, the minutes at meetings in organizations such as companies are important. However, it is impossible to see the minutes during the meetings, and participants need to memorize the content of discussions, and unfortunately, the discussions tend to be diverge and the agreements become obscured. Using white board will help to solve these problems, but sometimes writing something in whiteboard require psychological loads. In order to solve these problems, we propose a tool to share the contents of discussion by translating voice data into text data and visualize the text in a virtual environment. The proposed tool is implemented using Unity. We describe the current speech recognition and explain the prototype which displays it as a character string on the screen shared by the user and presents future tasks.
