(in English) In recent years, the diversification of urbanization and sense of values ​​has led to fears of dilution of region exchange. On the other hand, allotment gardens are increasing in popularity. We have been proposing and developing an ICT system, considering whether local revitalization can be made by using allotment gardens as a place of community exchanges. In this case, we conducted a demonstration experiment on this system and we improved community site and developed new smartphone application. We report the results of the verification experiment aimed at verifying the effectiveness of each function of the new system and the questionnaire survey.
