| (in English) | We propose an Information Sharing Platform suitable for information exchange between multiple service providers and network carriers. We evaluate the applicability of blockchain technology to the proposed Information Sharing Platform and evaluate its feasibility. Firstly, we evaluate practical applicability of major blockchain frameworks, such as public, private, consortium, with the result that the consortium blockchain is most suitable framework. Secondly, we evaluate technical applicability of major consensus algorithms in terms of requirements of the proposed Information Sharing Platform, with the result that Proof-of-Authority (PoA) algorithm is most suitable. Thirdly, we evaluate a message reference performance of blockchain on a major use-case “Disaster Message Board Service”. Experimental result shows that blockchain technology using Smart Contract method provides high-speed message reference performance. | |
