| (in English) | Recently, a smart home has attracted attention. In the smart home we can connect electric appliances by the wireless network utilizing ZigBee. However, wireless LAN has been already introduced in home. Both systems work on same 2.4GHz frequency band. Therefore, radio frequency interference occurs, and communication quality is degraded. In this paper, we propose an access control method to improve the success rate of ZigBee packet transmission under coexistence environment with wireless LAN. ZigBee and wireless LAN adjust parameters of both systems and wireless LAN transmission algorithm. Finally, we show the effectiveness of the proposed method by simulations. |
