Route Reconstruction at Failure in Navigation Control of UAV by Smart Meter Wireless Devices

(in English) For upcoming home delivery services using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), we built a new radio multi-hop network overlaid on a smart meter network that transfer only electric energy information. In this method, UAV follows the topology of the navigation virtual network overlaid on the physical smart-meter network. We establish a service management control technology without image analysis and map information processing, which consume precious electricity of UAV as well as the navigation technique based on the routing technology. In this paper, when a wireless device node fails or stops, a node that the mobile unit is communicating with will reroute the route to establish a scheme to reconstruct a better route. We confirmed by computer simulation experiment that the route can be reconstructed at the occurrence of link failure using the proposed scheme. In addition, in the case where the node which detected the abnormality re-searched for the route and the route when the route was re-searched by the proposed method, the experiment was conducted to evaluate which method is the more optimal route.
