A Trial of Evacuation Route Planning for Multiple People Based on Genetic Algorithm

(in English) Recently, we have quite a lot of natural disasters, and it reminds us
an importance in disaster prevention. In the preceding studies,
an evacuation route planning to one of multiple refuge places has been
tried. As a next step, from the viewpoint of real-world implementation,
such a task is extended to the case for multiple people evacuation.
One of essential topics noticeable here is how to avoid a concentration
of refuge people in a certain place. In order to handle this tough
problem, a concept of both attracting and scattering effects to people
is introduced in this study. As a result of some computer simulations,
it is confirmed that the proposed method is working well which we have
intended in advance.
