Regulatory Compliance Monitoring on the Web Using Paragraph Vector

(in English) There are a certain number of employees who violate regulatory compliance by non-malicious acts. Since their violation might cause serious security incidents, companies are required to prevent it in advance. Although many companies introduce CASB products to improve the monitoring of web communications, network administrators have to judge visually whether it is a violation because of the difference between CASB and company rules. In this paper, the authors propose to use Paragraph Vector for web search snippets to get vectors expressing features of the document and attempt to judge the violation with a classifier generated by supervised learning. The authors show that proposed method is superior to conventional method through comparative experiments with actual web logs obtained from business activities within a company.
