Increasing numbers of people with lifestyle-related diseases has become a social issue in Japan.
Lifestyle-related diseases, such as cancer, heart diseases and diabetes, are defined as diseases caused by unhealthy life style.
It is well known that improving lifestyle habits is effective for prevention before becoming ill.
In this paper, we collect data on daily activities such as sleep, exercise and eating, and the acceptability of interventions that lead to lifestyle improvement and report the results. |
