Interference among heterogeneous wireless systems is a serious problem in a closed place such as a factory. So far, several schemes have been proposed to avoid the problem, e.g., banning to transmit during another wireless system transmitting.
However, in these conventional schemes, throughout degrades due to short of time resource. In this paper, we propose dual clear to send (Dual-CTS) method that realizes spatial reuse in heterogeneous networks. In the proposed scheme, different systems use the same frequency at the time using a special CTS that can be demodulated by other systems and includes transmitting power information. By calculating with a simple model, it was confirmed that the throughput of the proposed method was higher than that of conventional methods because of the effect of spatial reuse. |
