Application of kQ-Product Method for Development of Electrically Coupled WPT System

(in English) This paper describes how to apply VNA (Vector Network Analyzer), which is not only extremely useful in WPT system development, but also has recently become easy to obtain due to low prices, to electric electrically coupled WPT systems. Unlike the magnetically coupled system method, the electrically coupled system method has primary side and secondary side GND. However, the VNA that is generally sold should not be used easily because each port has a common ground inside the VNA. The method of applicating kQ-product theory from Z parameter measurement of the circuit by avoiding common ground of the VNA is appropriate for electrically coupled system, and compensates limitation of an oscilloscope measurement where the input capacitance of the electric probe is an obstacle to measurement.
