[Poster Presentation] Measurement of Rectify Impedance by Using Directional Coupler

(in English) In this paper, the rectifier impedance estimation method using a directional coupler is proposed. The method can measure the impedance in real time even with high input power. In the proposed method, with using a directional coupler and an oscilloscope, firstly the incident and reflected waves of the unknown impedance is measured, then the unknown impedance value whatever is linear or non-linear circuit can be estimated. Furthermore, an improvement on the impedance measurement accuracy is carried out by using S parameter of the directional coupler. From the verification results, it is demonstrated that the proposed method is practical and effective.
