Data-Dependent Non-Local Means based on local variance

(in English) In this paper, we propose a new correcting Non Local Means (NL-means) algorithms with data-dependent method. The NL-means is well known as the powerful noise removal method without image blurring during filtering.
Nevertheless, The conventional NL-means uses uniform parameters for the entire image, so the denoising performance varies depending on the location. Therefore, we propose NL-Means using parameters suitable for each location in an image. The proposed method calculates the appropriate parameter by the local variance in the window of the image.Through experimental results, the proposed methods are shown to give effective results than the conventional NL-means.
