This report newly attempt to propose a multi-objective satisfactory design method, Preference Set-based Design (PSD) to power distribution network design.
In the proposed method, the design parameters is the mounting position of multiple decoupling capacitors, and the required performance is the transfer impedance in the power-ground plane.
The proposed method uses approximate expression of the transfer impedance by RBF interpolation used to approximate complex responses in machine learning.
As a feature of this method, the mounting position of the decoupling capacitor is given as a set.
The design parameters ,which satisfy required performances, are obtained in ranges successfully by PSD.
The validity of the proposed method is demonstrated, |
