| (in English) | There is some consistency in the assessment of human facial attractiveness across racial and cultural barriers. It has been explained in terms of morphological characteristics and evolutionary psychology. In the real world, however, there are individual differences in facial attractiveness. Recent research suggests that past experiences and events can make a difference. On the other hand, the influence of personality traits such as Big5 on facial ratings has also become clear. In this study, therefore, we investigate the effect of differences in perception of personality characteristics between the evaluator and the evaluator on facial attractiveness. They are examined through psychological experiments, including rating tasks and questionnaire surveys. As a result of the experiment, the following were clarified: Items in which the difference between self-evaluation and others evaluation is easy to be generated and the relation with the impression score, etc.. | |
