[Poster Presentation] Adaptive band and power control for spectrum shared mobile systems
Hirofumi Nakajo, Takeo Fujii (UEC) SR2019-73
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In the 5th generation mobile communication systems (5G), carrier independent operators such as micro operator and local 5G that arrange own localized cellular network and utilize it have attracted attention. Assuming these operators operate the same spectrum in multiple small cells, we have to avoid co-channel interference and share the spectrum. As one of the spectrum sharing method for multiple carrier independent operators, we proposed a power control method and achieved to maximize the number of a spectrum shared cells. However, there is a risk of decreasing the throughput significantly when multiple cells share the same frequency at close range. Because mutual interference power is increased, decreasing the transmission power of cells excessively is required. In this paper, we aim to maximize the throughput of the whole system and propose an adaptive band and power control for spectrum shared mobile systems.
