[Poster Presentation] Precision comparison of channel estimation in single-carrier FDMA using compressed sensing technique

(in English) Single carrier frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA) system re- duces a peak to average power ratio comparing with the orthogonal fre- quency division multiplexing (OFDM) system. And it enables to flexible fre- quency allocation for multiplexing user access in long-term evolution (LTE) uplink. Not only subcarrier mapping of pilot signal, but also channel es- timation scheme has considerable impact for channel estimation quality. Recently, compressed sensing (CS) technique has applied for channel esti- mation in wireless system in order to reduce the number of pilot signal. However, the channel estimation quality when CS is employed for channel estimation in SC-FDMA system has not reported well. This paper eval- uates precision of channel estimation in a SC-FDMA system: interleaved (IFDMA) and localized (LFDMA) subcarrier mapping.
