[Poster Presentation] Principle of Mind-Reading Machine -- Anti-personnel Radar Applied to Brain-Machine Interface --

(in English) If a human brain is a Turing machine with the transition from the present word to the next word, then its universal Turing machine calculates the transition from the present word to the next word having the same sequence of words; in this context, the universal Turing machine functions as a mind-reading machine. The mind-reading machine incorporates an anti-personal radar, which includes the receiver receiving a plurality of reflections from the head of a target and demodulating EEG signals from the reflections to give an EEG vector. The neural network converts the EEG vector into a speech signal. The neural network learns the correlation between the EEG vector and the speech signal so as to serve as an EEG dictionary, an associative memory or a learning matrix. Then the neural network converts the EEG vector into the speech signal. A preliminary study suggests that the teletype in Alan Turing may refer to a pulse radar irradiating an electromagnetic beam onto the head of a targeted person and receiving the reflections.
