Investigation of DC Biased Magnetization Effect for Integrated Magnetic Components Used in DC-DC Converters

(in English) High step-up converters have been widely used in renewable energy systems and automotive applications. In these applications, power losses, mass, and volume are quite important. The coupled inductor is used to reduce the current ripple which leads to reduce losses and also reduces the volume. However, the unbalanced inductor currents caused a DC biased magnetization problem which leads to saturation. This paper proposed a method reducing the DC-biased effect is verified by experiment in a 1kW interleaving boost system
