[Poster Presentation] Radio Propagation Estimation Considering Altitude for Spectrum Sharing between LTE/5G and Different Systems

(in English) In this paper, we discuss a radio propagation estimation considering altitude of receiving antenna. In recent years, spectrum sharing between 5G and different systems has been considered in the 2.3GHz band. A measurement-based spectrum database(MSD) attracts attention as an accurate radio environment recognition method. In the MSD, the radio environment information is observed by huge numbers of terminals such as vehicles and smart phones on the ground. However, in the 2.3GHz band, primary users are expected to receive signals at the height of building roof. Hence, we propose a radio propagation estimation method considering altitude of receiving antenna by combining diffraction model and measurement data on the ground. Through experiments, we evaluate the proposed method.
