We prototyped “Large is justice! Ultra high coupling capacity wireless power transfer” for the contest entitled “Mini 4WD Wireless Powered Race - Tow the WPT power receiving cart! - ” held in September 2019. In this race, vehicles (Mini 4WD), without energy source on it, were wirelessly powered while running and ran to the goal competing the time. Our vehicle (Mini 4WD) ran through 4 meters in 1.3-1.6 seconds, and our team came in first. In this paper, we report on the prototyped WPT power receiving cart, focusing on the coupler using large electrodes. |
