Photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical redox was observed in active layers of photovoltaic cell such as PCBM:P3HT/ZnO, perylene derivative etc. By adding phthalocyanine coating, the photoredox was enhanced. A co-photocatalysis property of phthalocyanine was observed in the photoelectrochemistry and scanning Kelvin probe microscopy. |
