Study on the noise immunity of T-FBTS Method

(in English) In order to develop a nondestructive or noninvasive diagnostic device using electromagnetic waves, reconstruction of the relative permittivity distribution in the layered medium is studied by using the FBTS method, which is one of methods for analyzing the electromagnetic backscattering problem . The FBTS method is a method for estimating the size, location, and type of an object existing in a search area by irradiating an exploration area with an electromagnetic pulse and estimating the medium constant of the search area by observing the scattering field It is a method. However, the FBTS method has a disadvantage that it requires enormous calculation time. To solve this problem, we proposed a time shift FBTS method (T-FBTS method). Until now, the entire area was estimated, but it is possible to estimate the position of the object. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the noise tolerance of the T-FBTS method when only the object area is estimated.
