(in English) In recent years, new services and systems are being created every day due to IoT and AI development. There is a big expectation for human co-creative consensus-building abilities to make not only proper use of them but also address social issues that have not yet been seen. In this study, we focused on workshop-type group communication and clarified the factors of consensus-building that enhance the participant’s performance in workshop-type group communication.
