(in English) Attorney-client privilege is to keep the communication record exchanged between the client (party) and the agent (lawyer) of the case confidential and remove it from the evidence information of the administrative investigation and the pre-suit proceedings, and submit the case from the stakeholders This is a right granted in a European or American lawsuit that allows us to curb the demand. In this article, to what extent is the description of the privileged object related to the stakeholders of the case to determine the validity of the object? Consider data governance criteria for judgment.
